Crafternoons with Rachael

Saturday, November 16, 7-9pm

Join Ashley and Stacy for an expansive cacao ceremony followed by ecstatic dance. This experience combines the ancient tradition of ceremonial cacao with the freedom and joy of spontaneous movement. Ceremonial Cacao has been used historically in ritual by the Aztec and Maya people - it is said to open your heart and elevate your spirit. The cacao helps deepen the connection to your inner self, while ecstatic dance allows you to freely express that part of yourself. Together, these practices create a powerful container for both personal inquiry and community bonding. This offering can help address feelings of disconnection, stress, or stagnation by providing a unique blend of ritual and movement that fosters introspection and personal insight. Connect mind, body, and spirit to experience self-discovery, emotional release, or simply joyful play!
