Qoya Inspired Movement is an embodiment practice based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember that, like nature, our essence is wise, wild & free. Wise calls on the wisdom of yoga, wild invokes opportunities for authentic, creative expression through dance, and free allows us to move in ways that feel intuitively nourishing to us.
Have you ever felt something was blocking you from moving more freely? Has anyone ever told you you can’t dance? In every Qoya Inspired Movement class, the intention is to focus less on how it looks, and more on how it feels. In Qoya, there is no way you can do it wrong. This class is built on a foundation of 13 pillars which gradually build upon each other. While every class has a similar structure, a new theme will be introduced each class to invite you to explore your own relationship to it.
