Yoga Teacher Continuing Education
Continuing Education for Teachers
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are an essential part of maintaining and advancing your yoga teaching credentials. These specialized training hours help you deepen your practice and expand your teaching skills. CEUs are documented hours of additional training and education that registered yoga teachers (RYTs) complete to maintain their certification with Yoga Alliance and other certifying bodies.
Why CEU’s Matter
Maintain Your Certification: Most yoga certifying organizations require teachers to complete a specific number of CEUs within a given time period to keep their credentials active.
Expand Your Expertise: CEUs offer opportunities to explore specialized areas of yoga, from anatomy and therapeutic applications to specific styles and teaching methodologies.
Enhance Your Teaching: Regular continuing education helps you bring fresh perspectives and refined knowledge to your students, ensuring your teaching remains dynamic and informed.
Professional Growth: CEUs demonstrate your commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
