Breath & Meditation
“The body is the entry point into an inward journey whose aim is to shorten the distance between the head and the heart, so that all outward actions and participation with outer life take their cue from an active, awake, and attuned inner life.”

Breath and Meditation
The purpose of meditation is for personal transformation, becoming a more conscious, peaceful and empowered human being. It is the experience of watching the functioning of your own mind in a calm manner so you can gain insight into your own behavior.
Join Joe Marquez one Sunday a month 4-5:15pm for a focus on the Inner Limbs of Yoga. Each class will use some movement to prepare for sitting. Monthly classes will introduce you to a pranayama or Kriya and offer both an instrumental and Insight Meditation. You can use your Punch Pass or a Drop-in for these sessions.
December 22 - Oneness
Join Joe Marquez on Mondays at 7pm for his NEW CLASS called Wisdom in Motion. This experience will take you on a transformative inner journey through the ancient teachings of Yoga. In January, practices will focus on key principles of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, including a brief introduction to this classical text, the Eight Limb Path, Yoga’s ethical practices, and more. Join Joe in January and illuminate the path of inner peace and self-discovery.
”Yoga is not a work-out, it is a work-in. And this is the point of spiritual practice; to make us teachable; to open up our hearts and focus our awareness so that we can know what we already know and be who we already are.” — Rolf Gates
Saturdays at 4pm NEW CLASS starts 10/5
This unique class seamlessly blends the physical practice of asana with the transformative power of yogic breathing and mantras, offering a holistic approach to wellness and inner peace. Rotating Schedule Restore @ 4!
Explore what 2025 could be like if we focused on restoration instead of optimization. Could this be the year we think about prioritizing recovery so that, over time, we can do more?
Embrace the idea that restoration is essential to growth. Protecting time to recover is a smart move, not a selfish one.
Each month we offer a rotation:
1st Sunday: Roll, Release & Restore with Tim
2nd Sunday: Surrender & Sound with Tim
3rd Sunday: Restorative Yoga & Nidra with Teresa
4th Sunday: Breath & Meditation with Joe
