Living the Yamas & Niyamas with Ashley

A Monthly ONLINE Study & Sharing Series

Join Ashley for a 10-month, online experiential journey into The Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele.  On the first Thursday of each month, you will explore one chapter and its suggested practices, taking time to notice how these teachings naturally unfold in your everyday lives. Together, you'll gather in a supportive community to share reflections, ask questions, and deepen your understanding through real-life application.  This series offers a gentle, structured way to weave yoga philosophy into daily living through personal inquiry, meaningful conversation, and intentional practice.  This experience is perfect for anyone wanting to connect more deeply with the philosophical heart of yoga -especially those who appreciate guided discussion, steady support, and the inspiration of community.

Restore Your Nervous System with Kenzie

Nerve Flossing & Restorative Yoga

Sunday, April 5, 4-5:30pm

Combine the gentle relief of nerve flossing with the deep rest of restorative yoga.  Nerve flossing —also known as neural gliding— uses gentle, guided movements to mobilize the nerves and relieve pain and tension throughout the body.  The class begins with nerve flossing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and release built-up stress, then transitions into a supported restorative yoga practice to promote deeper relaxation.  Join Kenzie to explore soothing practices that target areas of tension in the shoulders, neck, hips, and back. This class is gentle, accessible, and safe for all bodies.

Wisdom in Motion with Joe

A Deeper Dive: Yoga Sutras of Patanjali

Mondays in April, 7pm

Wisdom in Motion is a class that will take you on a transformative inner journey through the ancient teachings of Yoga. This month, practices will return their focus on diving more deeply into key principles of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, including the Eight Limb Path, Yoga’s ethical practices, and the roadmap to the five layers of awareness. Join Joe and illuminate the path of inner peace and self-discovery.

Yoga for Golfers with Bird

Four Week Series, Tuesdays, 6 - 7.15pm starting April 7

Join Bird for this series of classes focusing on improving your performance through developing a strong mental foundation for increased focus, strength, and flexibility.  Over the course of four classes, Bird will take you through the basics of Yoga, Philosophy, and posture practice created to improve your game and health.  You will be introduced to Asana (movement), Pranayama (breathwork), meditation, self myofascial release, joint freeing, and foam rolling.  This workshop is ideal for golfers or athletes looking to improve their game, health, flexibility, concentration, and focus.  You will leave the series with renewed ability to connect to your body and improved proprioception.  All are welcome.

Introduction to Hatha Yoga with Christy

Are you new to yoga? Returning to yoga after time away? Ready to revisit or fine-tune the basics in your yoga practice? Then this series is for you!

Join Christy to focus on the foundation of yoga practice including awareness, breath and alignment. The series aims to teach you basic tools for a good foundation that will carry you into the next stage of your yoga practice.

Each class will set aside time for in-depth instruction and questions and answers in addition to practicing yoga postures. We will cover how to access and activate muscles to support you in yoga postures so that they feel stable. We will also cover how to practice postures in a way that will challenge you while allowing for ease.

A Yin Yoga, Hypnosis, and REIKI Healing Experience

Join Matt and Jackie for a unique and transformative experience that blends Yin Yoga, Guided Hypnosis, and REIKI Energy Healing to help you find inner peace, release tension, and access deep states of relaxation and healing. This gentle session begins with a slow-paced Yin Yoga practice to open the body and calm the nervous system, followed by a guided hypnosis journey to help you access your subconscious mind and shift limiting beliefs, and concludes with REIKI energy work to balance your energy centers and promote emotional and energetic harmony. Roll, Floss, & Restore with Kenzie

Myofascial Release, Nerve Flossing, & Restorative Yoga

This special class is designed to ground your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Begin with myofascial release using massage balls and foam rollers to soften tight muscles and create space in the body, followed by gentle nerve flossing techniques to stimulate and reset the nervous system. The practice will close with deep, supported restorative yoga, inviting full-body relaxation and nervous system regulation. Perfect for anyone needing a moment to breathe, reset, and return to center. No experience necessary. All bodies welcome. Props provided.

Connect with Compassion with Linda

Compassionate Communication Practice

Join us for Connect with Compassion, a conscious communication practice based on the principles developed by Marshall Rosenberg. If you are new, come learn and practice skills that will bring your communication to life. If you are experienced, deepen your own practice and share your experience with others.

We will be using Marshall Rosenberg’s book Nonviolent Communication: A Language for Life as our text for study and practice. Our aim is to cover the book together, one chapter at every class. Although it is ideal to study each chapter in sequence, you are free to participate as and when you can.

Curious about Ayurveda and how simple herbs can support your health? Join Kateland for an immersive workshop exploring three of Ayurveda’s most common herbs: Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel (CCF).

This workshop will explore the ancient wisdom behind these everyday kitchen spices and uncover how they support balance within the body. Students will learn the unique qualities and health benefits of each herb, how they work individually and together, and why they are staples in Ayurvedic healing. You will also have the chance to smell, taste, and sample each herb, as well as enjoy a cup of CCF tea. Kateland will share simple, practical ways to use CCF in daily life, including as a digestive tea or a food spice blend to support overall wellness.  Everyone will receive their own CCF blend to take home!

12 Steps and 8 Limbs: Yoga in Recovery with Laura

Tuesdays, May 5-June23, 6-7:30pm

This 8-week yoga series was created for those in recovery who want to explore the shared wisdom of the 12 Steps of AA and the 8 Limbs of Yoga in a practical, embodied way. Each class thoughtfully weaves together the 12 Steps with the 8 limbs of yoga, integrating self-inquiry, journaling, discussion, meditation, and asana in a grounded, supportive environment.

This offering provides community and connection to support both a deeper yoga practice and the journey of recovery, and is open to anyone interested in exploring yoga philosophy through a recovery lens. Students will learn to embody principles such as accountability, surrender, and service - strengthening self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal responsibility both on and off the mat.
