Yoga Workshops & Class Series
Jane’s House offers regular workshops that facilitate the learning process for both students and teachers alike. We encourage you to experience the additional support that these teachings have to offer.
200-hr Registered Teacher Training Program
7 Month Program begins October 3, 2025
The primary reason students attend our training program is to deepen their own understanding of themselves through Transformation.
The richness of learning through the Jane’s House Studio 200hr program, comes from the joy and lightness that balances the depth and intensity of the Ancient Yoga Tradition.
It is our desire to share the teachings and cultivate an environment where each student can awaken to a belief in themselves and inspire curiosity and a willingness to discover knowledge from within.
Jane’s House 200 hour Teacher Training is the foundational training for aspiring Yoga Teachers as well as a deeply enriched experience for serious students who have a desire for a greater understanding of the 8-limbed path of Yoga. The program is designed to give teachers the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical tools to teach a yoga practice that meets the demands of today's practitioners.

Spirit Sound Vision - Shamanic Journey with Mark Biehl
Saturday, July 19, 6-7:30pm
Looking for an oasis from the chaos? Escape on a sonic adventure through the imagination!
Spirit Sound Vision is a profound healing journey into the realm of the spirit world. Mark only offers this unique experience for personal insight and transformation a couple of times each year, so don't miss out on this opportunity!
Also, Mark will be featuring Holy Eagle drum during the shamanic journey portion of the Spirit Sound Vision program. This drum, handmade by Lakota Sioux artisans, has powerful medicine, with a character and resonance that is alive with vibration. In a shamanic journey, or soul flight, the drum is referred to as the 'Shaman’s Horse' that guides you into an altered state or ecstatic trance.
Comments from Past Attendees of Spirit Sound Vision:
"The Chiron gong was magnificent, and facilitated travel for me, a sense of removal, and a rise in consciousness as well. I also experience a sense of full healing with the bowls. The drum and flute are lovely, both do bring a sense of peace and safety to me."
"The thing I appreciate the most is the primitive nature of the sound refined to basic spirituality, like a campfire extending outward toward infinite darkness. The drum and the flute in particular evoke the pulse of the infinite."
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering (optional). Dress comfortably and bring some water to drink. It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior. Register early to secure your space!

A Workshop on The Work of Byron Katie
Saturday and Sunday, August 16-17, 9am-12.30pm
Sometimes the deepest pain comes not from strangers, but from the people closest to us: partners, parents, children, friends. We love them, and yet we feel hurt, disappointed, unseen, or controlled. Conversations turn into battlegrounds. Silences become cold wars. The heart longs for peace, but the mind clings to blame, defense, and the need to be right.
This workshop invites you into a radical shift: What if the war isn’t out there? What if it lives in the unquestioned thoughts in your own mind?
Using The Work of Byron Katie, a powerful process of self-inquiry, you’ll learn how to identify the thoughts that fuel conflict and emotional pain, question the stories that keep love blocked and tension alive, experience a way of being that is open, present, and peaceful, even when others don’t change, and reconnect with clarity, compassion, and the truth of your own heart.
Through live demonstrations, guided practice, and facilitation, explore how to end the inner war so that real peace can begin.
Early Bird Tuition $115 by August 1st/Full Tuition $135
