Our studio has been a home for many over the past two decades and we are so happy you found us! We welcome everyone from curious beginners to seasoned yogis and would love to have you practice here at Jane’s House! If you are NEW to Yoga, we have easy ways to get you started.

Our Healing Center

OUR HEALING CENTER

Take care of your mind and body with help from our healing practitioners. We offer counseling, massage therapy, reflexology, reiki, and sacred beauty services.

Jackie Sprague, LMT has been an incredible addition to our healing corner, treat yourself!

OUR SCHOOL

Deepen your understanding of yourself through Transformational Education. Through our registered Yoga School, we offer both 200hr & 300hr yoga teacher training.

Feel Heard and Understood in Every Conversation

Join us Tuesday, April 8, 4-5:30pm for Empathy Cafe, a 90-minute experiential Pop Up Class based on Marshall Rosenberg's teachings in Nonviolent Communication (NVC). In this supportive space, you'll learn and practice the art of compassionate listening and authentic self-expression. Through guided exercises and real-world scenarios, participants will explore the four components of NVC: observations, feelings, needs, and requests. Whether you're new to NVC or looking to deepen your practice, this Pop-Up Class offers practical tools to transform challenging conversations into opportunities for connection and understanding. Experience how empathy can create meaningful conversation and foster genuine human connection.

Jane’s House is a Community Focused Studio and School. Our teachers in the 200hr teacher training program gain experience, and students receive the benefits. All love offering donations support the scholarship program. Sundays 9:30am

Kids Yoga

YOUNG YOGIS

Join Andrea for a 45-minute beginner yoga class created for children. Our class is focused on yoga and mindfulness to improve both physical and mental health. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and mindfulness. This class is ideal for children ages 8-13 and welcomes children 5-7 years old, when accompanied by an adult. Mondays 6pm

Buti Yoga

BUTI YOGA

Buti ® Yoga blends yoga with cardio-intensive dance and intentional dynamic movement along with upbeat music to create a fun, well-rounded workout! This class isn't just about burning calories - it's a chance to release stuck energy and reconnect with yourself to build connection, confidence and freedom. Saturday 6pm

Imagine the peace, joy, and compassion you can cultivate through the practice of meditation. Join Joe Marquez and Vinotha Raja for many opportunities to practice. Joe’s NEW class is called ‘Wisdom in Motion’ on Mondays at 7pm.
