About Jane's House of Well Being

Jane’s House opened in January of 2002, offering a holistic approach to healing and wellness, and was named in memory of Jane Householder, who lived to help others along their spiritual paths. Today, the studio serves the St. Charles and greater St. Louis communities, integrating healing through yoga, pilates, meditation, holistic workshops, teacher training, art and sangha. Jane’s House warmly welcomes new students each day. Jane’s House is a Registered Yoga School with the National Yoga Alliance, and our instructors adhere to the highest integrity of teaching.
