Barb discovered Jane’s House of Well-Being and with kindness and nurturing from Jane’s House, Barb is now focused in the practice of Yoga. Having completed the 200 hour intensives in the Dynamic Method of Yoga, Barb incorporates a soft and gentle approach to her program with emphasis on breathing and meditation to create peace within one’s self. Barb’s desire is to provide others the opportunity to feel healthier in a physical and mental way by sharing the experience through her knowledge and teaching. Yoga is centering and helps and with all of life’s ups and downs. What a feeling!
