was first introduced to the practice of yoga over 30 years ago.In that time she has practiced many styles of yoga with numerous teachers. Over the years her interest and study of the practice of yoga has grown.
She discovered Jane's House of Well-Being in 2005 and was immediately attracted to the Dynamic Hatha Yoga method of practice. Through the miracle of timing and the sincere desire for commitment in practice, she embarked on the teacher training program. Lovingly taught and guided by Robin Buck and Christy Wetzel, along with many workshops with Matthew Krepps as well as hours of daily, practice, observation and assistant teaching, she completed the 200 hour RYT training program. She received her certification from Yoga Alliance in 2007. She continues to learn and practice on a daily basis. As Matt says "Once on the path, the choice is made." She is dedicated to the art of yoga practice and teaches with a desire to honor the unique and individual approach each student has to their own practice and to make each class an opportunity for the student to learn and enjoy something new in mind, body, and spirit.
