When I first stepped through the door at Jane's House in the fall of 2011, I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be!

At the age of 52, I had minimal to almost no exposure to the posture practice of yoga, nor was I a person naturally inclined to exercise and fitness programs. I did however have a sense that yoga might be the key to experiencing the deep inner peace and stability I so desired during a difficult and challenging time in my life.

After practicing yoga for several years at Jane's House and realizing the many benefits to my mind, body and soul, I decided to enter the 200 hour Teacher Training program at the studio to further explore and understand my own practice. Now I am happy and excited to share this gift of "passionate self-inquiry" that is yoga with any and all that decide to take that step. Come see yourself and me at Jane's House!
