This class is taught by teachers who have been on the field for over ten years and becomes what is known as a “Master’s Class” in the sense that it will move you into more subtle areas of Pranayama, Chanting and Meditation.
This class can be fun and challenging and assumes that students have cultivated prior training in the basic and intermediate levels.
The teacher will introduce students to more challenging moving and static postures and sequences. Postures that are more complex are instructed and refined at this level. This class offers a chance to clarify and challenge the student's limitations in a fun and non-competitive atmosphere.
It is not recommended for students who need modification for recent injury.
