I was first introduced to yoga by my chiropractor, who gave me 4 postures to do daily. After 30 days the problems which had me in the chiropractors office were no longer problems. 

I continued on with short practices at home but soon sought out structured yoga instruction. After 2 years of practice at Jane's House of Well-Being, I began my in depth studies in the 200hr teacher training. My passion is to be in community and share the benefits that this practice has brought to my life. When not teaching and practicing yoga, I enjoy exploring new places and meeting new people as well as being with my family.
